Joanne made us feel right at home. The family room was spacious, with a small fridge stocked with water and sweets. The decor in our room was bright and fresh. The beds were comfy, and the shower was huge. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, especially the fresh fruit and pancakes. Location is perfect, just a minute from the beach and a short walk to town. Limited parking was an issue, but there’s street parking around. Joanne provided tons of useful information about nearby attractions. Some Wi-Fi issues in our room, but overall, the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere made our stay delightful.

The breakfast spread was impressive, and Joanne's warm hospitality made us feel at home. The location was perfect for beach access, but the noise from the seagulls at dawn was disruptive.

We had an amazing time staying here with friends! The place is super close to Pirates Bay Adventure Golf, and we had a blast playing. Joanne made our mornings special with delicious breakfasts, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Everything felt just right for a fun getaway. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great stay!
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak in our room, which made it tough to plan our daily activities.

Families will love this place
The breakfast was out of this world, cooked to perfection every single morning, made with quality products! The host, Joanne, even went out of her way to buy Coco Pops for my picky kid, such a simple act but it made our mornings so much easier, like she knew what we needed before we even did.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, worth every penny.

Beautifully decorated rooms ensure comfort, complemented by an excellent breakfast and the warm hospitality of the owner. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach with plenty of nearby dining options. parking requires some planning as spaces on the street are limited, and morning noise from seagulls can disrupt sleep unless windows are kept closed.

Convenient beach access, well-stocked room amenities, charming seaside decoration
Rooms packed with excessive furniture create a cramped feeling!!! It would be nice if showers heated up quicker to improve efficiency!!! Suggestions like lighter decor could enhance the overall atmosphere too!!!
